Practical answers for selecting, planning and ordering.

What is the difference between classic and tinted roses?

Classic roses display their natural varietal color. Tinted roses use specialist color treatments to create additional palettes and finishes. The collection and treatment are identified for your selection.

Can I request a custom color palette?

Share your preferred tones, reference images, occasion and estimated quantities with Sharon Mancero. Custom tinting and specialty sourcing depend on farm capabilities, lead times and minimum quantities; available options are confirmed in your quotation.

Which stem lengths can I request for an event?

Available lengths are listed for each variety in the catalog. Tell us whether you are planning bouquets, centerpieces or a statement installation. Length, grade and quantity are confirmed for your selection; every variety is not available in every length.

What should I know about tinted roses near clothing or linens?

Tinted flowers can transfer pigment, particularly with moisture or direct contact. Discuss the coloring method, intended use and any available product or batch testing before planning contact with garments, linens or furnishings. No stain-proof or event-contact approval is implied.

Can I select roses for an event or a recurring program?

Explore the catalog, then share your palette, required quantities and delivery needs. The team confirms the available varieties, stem lengths, packing and final quotation for your program.

How do I request roses and follow an order?

Build your request from the catalog, or contact Sharon Mancero with your floral brief. Confirmed orders are centralized in the customer portal, including orders placed through the commercial team. Your quotation confirms availability, final pricing and delivery responsibilities.
